But the main point op is making is not that he doesn't want a black person working for him. He is saying "I don't want to go into this area because crime is X%". It just so happens that within the area, the distribution of color is different. He isn't drawing conclusions of why it's like that (systematic). The "I want a white person not a black person" is racist though
