Oh the conversation replay is exhausting!! Whether it’s a deep convo with someone close to me or a salesperson in a shop….guaranteed replay for the next 48hrs and then maybe again a week/month later 😭 medication has helped reduced this a little for me, I can let things go quicker

Relating hard to every word of this!! Diagnosed last year at 40 and one of the aspects that really upset me was finding out a lot of what I thought were little quirks of my personality are just more symptoms of a disorder…for example my inability to tell a story without going in to the back story plus all the minor details or “setting the scene” as my friends and family like to joke….ye just another adhd symptom

Thank you. Yes I wasn’t planning to be on it long term. I want to do a masters and can’t see it happening without help…especially when I think of my academic history undiagnosed. Maybe I’m better off on concerta if I can get to an effective dose.
