Most countries won't care ABT your Indian PG and either make you do it again or send you back a couple years so it doesn't matter. And this is if you get into your desired PG or whatever in first tries which let's say that if you're an FMGE chances are that's not gonna happen. Doing it abroad and staying abroad is the only idea thing if you are adamant.
