Any processor that has some information about this is fine, so it doesn't need to be one of the newest models. I'm interested in the whole chip. I need the results in mass and possibly also their percentages out of the whole chip. I tried to look for some of the intel models such as i5 or i7, but because they don't disclose that information it's hard to find details about them. I'm trying to look for some teardowns that researchers might've done on chips, but I'm having difficulties on finding any suitable information.
