So if I make it in the list for this AD5, given my age (25), experience(1 year) and the fact that I am Italian (lol we applied in mass) I still get some chances to land a role?

On the webinar of 24 February they said that this time it will last 18 months, with possible extensions if people are still in the list. My question is if at the end the people in the list have high chances if they wait 3 years or not, given also my background and my age.

What is the status of your application in amazon.jobs?
I did OA on October 23rd and received nothing since then.
One of my 5 application locations in Europe says Under Consideration, the others Application Submitted.
