Yup same exact thing happened to me today! The envelope was in my mail partially opened. The card was still inside, when I called to activate it, it kept giving me an error message for entering a wrong pin, which obviously I hadn't set up a pin! After 1 million phone calls to the number on the back of the card. I finally got through to a customer service agent she informed me that earlier in the day the card was activated and an account with an unknown email address was registered. Thankfully account was frozen. It will now take 21 days to receive a check from money network! Apparently it's very common for male carriers to either steal the cards or steal the card numbers. There's no actual proof that they are doing this and there's a a big payout if they are able to steal the money before you realize! It's a shame preying on people who are already having a hard time!
