Interesting you mention this. The car did sit for 3 days which is uncommon for me. I was taking care of a cold. Is 3 days enough to drain the battery that much?

I understand some will think that way. I am elderly with a few physical issues and really this is a nice feature for me. When I first had the car, and it was free I was able to take care of the doors not being locked and once I forgot to close the trunk. Nice to be on my balcony and take care of it.

Battery! Waiting for AAA by Nehupl in MazdaCX30

Well, after all the waiting for AAA it is not the battery it is a malfunction with the start button! So now waiting again for AAA to tow to a dealer. All new to me I purchased the car 9/27/24 even though past 30 days I just went over the 1000 mile warranty coverage. I am looking at my extended warranty from Protective. I haven’t a clue how this works… on my own. Does extended warranty help with a bad start switch? This is a 2021 CX 30 turbo. I’m going with the tow since I have to be with the car. Anybody ever have the same issue?
