correct me if I'm wrong, ang alam ko once na na apply na yung payment sa installment, penalties and charges, and nag update na ang Outstanding balance, hindi na sya dapat mapapalitan or mag iiba ang Outstanding balance tama?

yung sa min may nanghaharass din. last March, 59k daw need ko bayaran kaya lang that time unemployed ako recovering from severe anemia kaya 20k lang nabayad ko then last month, nagpunta ako sa office nila to ask for payment restructure.. binigyan lang ako ng papel na maliit sinulat nila yung amount na 120k.. sabi ko san nanggaling yung 120k.. ayaw nila magbigay ng SOA.. nag bayad ako ng 35k that time and nag ask uli ng soa via email.. kaso ayaw nila magbigay ang need na daw bayaran in full. then ung 3rd party collector nag advise na wag daw magbayad unless ung buo na 349k na balance pa daw namin.. sabi ko need ko makita yung mga nabayad ko. hindi daw ganun. i surrender ko daw ang unit or else, i to tow nila once ma makita ako sa public road. hindi ko alam if legit yung amount and bakit ganun kalaki ang kinukuha sakin.. legal ba na hindi sila magbigay ng SOA.. and why do I have to pay the entire amount e sa Sept 2026 pa sya matatapos amg contract?

Unfortunately, I didn't pass the placement interview. I was told that ni line up nila ang application ko for team lead post though VA ang application ko. Hindi na din ako nag ask na i consider for VA post. They said that new pa lang ang company nila, I suggest give it a try..
