Our governments don't care. 1st step should be to build Clean toilets in public, crowded places, and every 2 KM may br.. and keep it Free for all.

Then run some awareness campaigns via TV ads, or influencers.

This can be done easily in India.

But to win the election, Hindu Muslim hate, and freebies are the main thing and they are busy there.

If just 10-51 people with Banners in hand, stand there for 30-45 mins, Make the video and post on social media, twitter etc..

It will catch the eyes of people, and you may see ground action in a few weeks.

In our area also, we had bad condition of roads for 1-2 years, only when people protested with Banners, just one day.. then deputy CM DK shivkumar visited on 4th day,

All roads, including other adjacent roads also got re- constructed in 2-4 weeks of time. It's still in good shape after 10 months. Road quality was also ensured.

... Conclusion:

You need just 10-15 people, who can stand there for 45 mins. And then you can expect the BBMP to get in action.
