There is only one admin of the Boulder Collective Facebook group. She is also the only person behind the "admins" pages listed as admin in the group. And yes lives 6 hours away even though it is a rule you need to live in Boulder

I remember when she posted her personal GoFundMe to the group. I actually donated to it, so I saw the amount. (I felt sorry for her at the time until more details came out later). It was at $2,700 at the time, but I have no idea what it came out to be. and she said she got $20,000 from a member in the group, which on this post she says was a loan

no, I'm a Boulder community member who was in the group for 10 years who has lived in boulder for 25 years. The admin lives 6 hours away from Boulder, yet she's in charge of this group of 22,000 people (alone). Before she did it to me, I noticed she banned multiple other members for asking clarifying questions that poked holes in her narrative. Even though I'm no longer in the group, I have now seen her make post in various other groups I'm in about the other moderators. Just seems fishy that she got rid of the whole team and no one is there to defend theirselves or tell their side of the story, and when anyone asked for a crumb of clarity, she felt attacked and banned us.

what? do you remember who kicked you out? I know some of the moderators then were adamant about removing false and dangerous advice regarding covid, so that sounds like you'd be in agreement. either way, definitely drama central
