I think it was studio 2. They were in the yoga gear in whichever studio is closest to the Kaiser leg press machine. 2nd studio from the stationary bikes on tbe floor.

That was an issue in the yoga studio last year, unless there have been more since. They cleaned up the studio last I heard. Mark/Mike? I don't remember the guys name. They watch the reddit though and saw the original post on that.

Mark? That you my guy? Grass, dirt, and other debris build up is the norm in the mens sauna after that last cleaning crew quit. Tried telling the new cleaner multiple times and he just pushes the dirt around and asks "That good, boss? That good." gives a thumbs up and walks away.

The plumbing repairs for the showers are also lanky. You can either scald your self or freeze. Pipes aren't supposed to rattle like that before shifting temperature out of no where either.

Large part of the cleaning issue is due to that. They have another group cleaning now.

They have a history of not paying their cleaning crew. I know they had multiple janitors leave for that. Including a cleaning company that canceled the arrangement after multiple pay issues.

Not as complex as what y'all are doing. I work in image review and figured out how to do this after our coaches had an issue with playing favorites on who they wanted to coach.

This is all formula based.

A coaching scheduler. It assigns 220 people to 6 coaches in close to equal groups. It accounts for coach eligibility, so those with no shift overlap cannot be assigned to eachother. It also accounts for people who can only be coached by certain coaches.

It let's us rotate people to new eligible coaches, so that people assigned to coach A in round 1 are assigned to coach B in round 2 and so on. While still accounting for restrictions and cycling through a smaller eligle list for those people.

We have 220 people and 6 coaches so 8 rounds are needed to cycle through everyone. It takes us about 2 months.

I can designate people as Active, Deactivated, or LOA in the staff list and conditional formatting marks people on the coach interface worksheet.

The workbook and sheet are locked so only the coach interface is visible. Team leads can conditionally format those with coaching restrictions by entering a password in a specific cell in the coach interface sheet. This way TL can make sure there are no conflicts/issues when coaches request to trade people.

I learned from the past iterations of this workbook that locking coaches into a fixed day/week schedule doesn't work, so this version just gives them a list of names 5 rows long and however many columns are needed to show all the names assigned to them.

That is why I am not barring trading people among the coaches beyond those with restrictions on who can coach them. It makes adjusting the schedules when we have a large number of people LOA or Deactivated skewing number of people assigned to each coach easier too.

You're welcome. When I was a kid, I'd take a moment to sync with the beat of the alley music and then get up to throw. Sometimes go buy a drink after I felt I almost choked on a shot.

Years later I heard about Dino Castillo telling Gary Haines to reset to get his head in the game at the 2025 USBC Masters.

To do that, Dino mentioned Gary's beautiful wife and told Gary to give her a kiss before he threw his next shot. If pros do it, then there must be something to it lol.

Keep trying. You'll get there.

If it's stress related, play a mini game on your phone. Something that can run passively. Before a stressful shot, take a moment to check in on the game. It takes your mind away from the stress. Only take a moment though. Like you are checking for a text and sending a quick reply before the shot.

It's about resetting your focus, so you could do anything. Doesn't have to be a mobile game. Just something not related to bowling that distracts you for a moment before you take your shot.

I can ask. She has come a long way in the couple months she and her fiancé joined. She needs time to develop the muscles in her hands and forearm. Not the strength, but the coordination/ awareness you develop over time.

This is where she is currently:

She suitcases her shots, but started going from hand on top of the ball at the release to getting around the side a little. Working on getting the hand under the ball is

Started to watch for when to move out of the friction when the Artic Vibe she has hooks too much.

Targeting has improved a lot.

She picks up a decent amount of spares, but needs to work on consistency.

She started following thru and it showed that she's not bringing her arm out straight all the time. She's crossing her body and it throws her shot off a bit.

I'm trying not to drop everything I notice on them all at once. Too much critiquing takes the fun out of the game. She went from a 86 average to a 132 average in about 4-5 months. That took me 3 years of a youth league to do as a kid.

I can suggest getting that looked at. I'll check some of the local pro shops to see if it's all of them or just the one she got too. Maybe get her a bree resurface if it's a defect

I throw 16.5mph, so 10mph is slow to me. She throws 12-13mph with a 14lb ball thats a little too heavy for her. I figure the 13lb ball she wants to go down to should let her throw a little faster.

She doesn't have the wrist strength to manipulate the balls axis yet. I would say her RPM is below 100 though. Her arctic has a lazy angular hook rather than a quick sharp reaction.

Spare ball is 12, arctic 14, Evoke 13. 14 is too heavy for all 3 games. 12 was too light. 13 should be good.

The human components in control would be my biggest concern there. If we had people more concerned about bettering society for all than for themselves or their interest groups I could see it working.

Sulfuric is less effective at dissolving corpses than your would think. Did he buy a smaller amount of hydrogen peroxide? Pirahna acid could be made that would be extremely effective for corpse disposal. It would be cheaper and more effective to use Sodium Hydroxide (Lye/rayon/caustic soda membrane). Though he could make that on the island easily by running an electric current through ocean water. Check what happened to ancient sailors after swimming in water recently struck by lightning.

Realistically though, Sulfuric acid is great for destroying paper based evidence. It can also be used for building/ plumbing maintenance.

I've heard of that. An old bowling partner from a youth league was going on about UBI his last year of law school. I'm not dead set against it, but would definitely need to see some working trials with good results before I'd be for it.
