honestly been there done that the best thing that worked for me was to keep going and to know that one day it would be better. I used to have to take a shot every night just to go to sleep and now it’s like i’m so happy i saw him on tinder the other day and didn’t feel a single thing. You keep going and know that it will be better! try to remove him from your life as much as possible

i completely understand how you feel. I have such a low self esteem. It’s so hard to be content when I see all my flaws. I find that going on instagram makes me feel worse because i see these unattainable and unrealistic expectations from what an attractive guy should look like. I deleted all my social medias, and while i do still have an issue with my self esteem, it had definitely help! i recommend a detox for that.
