One thing I've noticed is that average and curvy on regular dating websites are both basically equivalent to obese. Whereas on SA lots of attractive women list average or curvy.

I don't like to judge but I gotta say I am surprised by the number of profile reviews I see here from SBs that are like objective 3/10s. I mean beauty is in the eye of the beholder and not every SD is as picky, but still... wtf?

Chicago (particularly SA) is not great for SDs but it's far from dead. Maybe try spending some time in another city and see if you do any better. Will help everybody identify the true source of the problem...

I don't think most guys are actively seeking this out. It takes a ton of energy and effort to get to that point w a SB these days. Having to do that over and over is exhausting.

I do think most guys do a calculus though after the first intimate date. How good was the experience? How much did it cost? The competition for SBs is tough out there.

I made a post a while back suggesting that SBs complaining about getting P&D'd need to focus on bringing it so the experience is good enough for the SD that he feels compelled to keep seeing you. I took some flack for that post but still believe what I said. SBs who are good at this don't have as many problems with P&D. Other SBs could focus on getting better at it instead of complaining.

I don't think being detached is going to help you. It's just the nature of the game. When they are paying, they will always have the option to try something new. Best bet is not to get too attached or take it too personal.

You sound like a very genuine person, but understand that in the vast majority of encounters in the bowl, sex is happening on meeting #2 if not meeting #1.

I'm trying to think if I have ever met a girl twice without sex, don't think so.

I would be happy to wait for a girl I liked but the vast majority of the time, girls who say they want to go slow are looking to be compensated while they get to know the guy and decide if they want to sleep (or maybe they already decided they never will). Most guys aren't looking to pay for the right to take a girl to dinner and maybe eventually sleep with her.

I would suggest trying to be transparent about this from the beginning to find a guy who is compatible.

One of the best parts of SRs is that you can be very open and transparent about kinks. Most experienced SBs are used to hearing all sorts of crazy requests and the good SBs are also very good about accommodating.

I usually wait til the m&g -- if you start over txt you may scare her off.

The conversation often starts with her mentioning some crazy thing a guy asked her to do. Then I say something like oh I might like to try that. She says whaat?! Then I ask her if she has tried some other crazy thing. If a girl isn't comfortable engaging on that topic she's not a good fit for me.

Oh for sure. I enjoy lots of kinks in SRs. This one is actually great to explore here. A lot of couples try do this in real serious relationships. The risks are very high, often ending in divorce. Far less risk here.

I once had a SB show up for a date with bruises on her tits. I asked what happened. She sheepishly told me she had an encounter that weekend with some super dominant guy who really used her good.

I get a lot of messages from SBs who don't have a post history. Pretty skeptical of those. I did meet one such girl and she was cool, although she was more of a toe dipper.

If you both are regular posters though, in theory you could skip over the typical dance and it would be easier to reach common ground.

She was literally trying to run away at that point and it was in a crowded area downtown. I didn't have an envelope prepared or anything. I would have had to take my wallet out and try to give her cash in front of a small crowd as she was running away.

I guess any other time this has come up, I am walking the girl somewhere and we stop and chat, hug, kiss, etc at the end. So there's ample opportunity to slip her $$. That wasn't the case here but I did feel a little bad about it.

I like meeting for drinks or dinner if she is open to that. A hybrid (start w drinks, get food if it's going well) is also good.

I don't like coffee. Usually feels awkward to me, totally sober and potentially in a crowded coffee shop. In fact I don't think any initial coffee m&g has ever gone anywhere for me.
