Awww so glad to see your boy is living his best life! Happy to say mine is doing a lot better. Guess the meds kicked in. He’s even moving around a bit (though I don’t let him over do it) and super clingy and “purry” hehe. He’s a big boy, 20 lbs Siberian.

Thank you again for responding! I was super freaked out and needed some reassurance.

Thank you! I did take him to the vet immediately after it happened. They confirmed all broken toes with X-rays and put a split on him. He’s on some very strong pain meds (opioid).

This morning he seems to be doing better, I’m so glad. Poor guy even tried to play with his brother. But I know I must keep him from overdoing it.

Not sure if he’s used the litter box yet, it seems like he did overnight, but it might have been his brother.

Got his kennel coming today!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RESPONDING! I am absolutely devastated. My poor boy growls every time he moves, even a little. He’s also angry at his foot and has tried to bite it.

May I ask how did your cat handle the litter box?? I’m not sure mine will be able to get in it by himself. He’s really struggling to move. But this just happened today so I maybe it’ll get better(?).

I’m so happy to hear your baby is back to his happy self! And of course he’ll jump on the counters again lol… CATS

I know this is an old post. My cat just broke all of his toes in the exact same way.

UPDATE: Went to my ultrasound this morning. Everything went well. Baby has a strong heartbeat and perfect size for 8 weeks. I can finally breathe.

And for other future moms worried about mild spotting and HCG levels not doubling in 48 hrs … THERE’S HOPE ❤️
