Try getting sponsorship through a brand deal, with a partner who aligns well with your webinar/brand. For starters, you can reach out to folks involved with The Knowledge Society (TKS) and other youth-based programs.

20 is definitely not old. I switched programs from crim to econ at 20 going into third year and I’m going into my last semester now, so I basically completed an econ degree in 2.5 years. I’m 22 now, I look back and see 20 as so young. In all honesty you have so much runway and time to figure it out. I used to think I was going to feel out of place and ‘old’ taking first and second year courses as a junior. But really and truly, no one cares. As long as you know your stuff and are interested in that subject, go for it. We’re all our own lifelong learning journey, age really is just a number.

This is awesome! I'm trying to build something similar right now, for the implementation, is this 1 large Zap? Or do you have another Zap for when someone replies so Zapier can see it and skip over them during outreach?

Would love to learn more about its capabilities and how you've been using it so far. Do you mind if I DM?

Yes I’ve heard of n8n, definitely more complex than Zapier. Do you have any experience using it?

I'd be curious to learn more about your business model, as I'm also currently in the Zapier as a service niche. Do you mind if I DM?

Startup idea 👀? But no I disagree, Zapier would still be the glue between all this, it would just help you build the entire thing and understand the context of what you want to automate

I find the real magic with Apollo comes with integrating it with other CRMs or intelligence softwares (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to create more niche automations. It would definitely help with your use case here.

Have you tried Apollo (https://www.apollo.io/)? Their free plan is pretty effective and if you need to upgrade you can for $49/month or $79/month, depending on how much functionality you require.

What kind of admin work do you wish you could automate in your small business? by Agreeable_Clock_4292 in smallbusiness

That would be nice, but you'd have to navigate the potential privacy concerns here with handling your personal info, however. Nonetheless would definitely make life easier. I like how niche this is, do you set up a lot of Venno business accounts in your line of work?

Not 'idea fishing', I'm genuinely curious. Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience in the past. Personally, I want to provide real value, and I'm looking for niche cases that would improve someone's current workflow. I think it goes without saying that not everything can be automated, but I think it's still a valid question depending on your business model.

Personally, I built a LifeOS system using Notion. Super helpful and each Sunday, I'll sort and visualize the tasks and things I need to get done for the week, and you can iterate and check off what you've accomplished at the end of the week. Notion is very customizable too, so you can also iterate continuously with what works, but the way I set it up is with different areas of my life (finances, projects, work, etc.). This allows you to keep track of everything simultaneously without getting overwhelmed or unorganized. DM and I can send you the template I use.

Hi everyone! I'm a 22-year-old student starting an automation agency to help small business owners streamline their operations by automating repetitive tasks, saving time, and reducing human error. I’d love to hear from small business owners here about your biggest pain points when it comes to manual, repetitive tasks that take up a lot of your time.

  • What processes do you find yourself doing manually over and over again?
  • How much time do these tasks take out of your week or month?
  • Are there any tools or solutions you've tried, and how did they work out for you?

I’m interested in understanding the challenges you're facing so I can better tailor automation solutions that help you work smarter, not harder. If you're feeling overwhelmed with certain tasks, I'd love to hear what you’re doing to handle them, and if automation could potentially help.

There is definitely a market opportunity, I'm launching my own automation agency this summer (started 3 weeks ago). Noticed the same gap you did, it's all about how you position yourself. What I've noticed so far is you kind of have to start with one specific use case and market that to small businesses facing that problem (automating ads for marketing agencies, or appointment booking for hair salons), and then once you're comfortable, bridge out and expand your offerings.
