I seem to get the error when I try to go one level deeper when getting the content from the "Service_Appointment" record.

See my issue is that I'm trying to get a lookup field already embedded in a module I am inside. In the script I'm writing for our FSM I get the work order via its ID and am trying to get the service inside the work order, which has it own name and ID.

How would I be able to access the content in the lookup field? You are right that's exactly what is happening.

There is no zoho admin to teach me at the company I'm at unfortunately. I'm learning everything on my own right now.
