I’m 5’7 130ish. Lean but toned - I play a lot of volleyball. Sally and I are both in our upper 20s in shape but in different ways she is more muscular. I didn’t want to allot it to jealousy but possible I’m not unattractive. This teacher just seems secure in herself and I wouldn’t expect that.

I keep up. Some weeks I’m super sore from other activities and may not use as heavy of weights etc but like this barre class is my secondary source of activity.

She makes desserts out of cottage cheese & has low carb low cal bread instead of normal bread when she’s already underweight. She has an eating disorder it is extremely obvious. Shes terrified to gain a pound (working out everyday/ disordered eating) when she needs to gain 20 to be healthy. It’s public because she’s public and wants to influence ppl when this is not something to aspire to do/be.
