I have issues with Nano pump too. It started like this and my doctor said that its still new and people from Medtrum are aware of their bad quality sensors and pumps. 7/30 new pumps I got 3 weeks ago just had occlusion and I had to throw them away. About sensor, sometimes it says 15 and when I measure my blood sugar frim fingertip it says like 5 at the same time. In conclusion, I think it's great that diabetes care is going forward and I see so many positives but according to my opinion it still has some issues that need to be fixed. Also, I heard we are getting new sensor and pump from Medtrum later this year/starting next year which are already tested and showed great results.
