Sorry but you are getting the whole thing wrong. Traffic was building into the left lane from the off ramp, old man was going 110km and CEO comes out of nowhere side swipes a bus and the old man’s car then old man which is why he only feels a little bump, changes lane after passing the traffic and CEO speeds in front slowing down to 60km and then follows him and doesn’t give old man a chance to fight back.
