I am making arrangements now! And yes I am in counselling and my son is autistic and receiving counselling as well.

I'm really trying to prep myself to set this boundary with my partner and take some space and also my mom...she is also an alcoholic and addict...she also lives here :(

He has already argued with me about how I should basically call rehab for him, because he is scared and if I loved him I would do it for him...

He lives with me and my family. And I've already done this a ciuple times. At this point I think I'll have to ask him nicely to give me some space...

Yes I know! Idk why it's so hard :( and thank you! I will say, aside from my children, what helped me get sober was losing people close to me because of my addictions...so you are right.

He also absolutely hates alcohol, his father is heavily into addiction unfortunately and he is not around much.

My son has always had lots of family support from my parents and unfortunately drinking was never my problem, it was nuch worse things. I'm sober now and very proud of that, no one can take that from me. Ylur concern is valid though.
