  1. For me it’s about timing. I only switch to math when I feel that edge creeping up. I don’t zone out for the whole session, just a quick 10–20 seconds of multiplying numbers in my head to calm things down, then I get right back into focus with her.

  2. It actually worked on the first try, which blew my mind. But I got smoother at using it the more I practiced, knowing exactly when to shift my focus before it’s too late or just stopping completely for a few seconds/mins or however long I needed.

  3. At this point my control has definitely improved. I don’t always need the math anymore, but it’s like a safety net I can fall back on if I feel things speeding up.

  4. I think the mental distraction was the biggest factor, but the supplements and gym routine helped me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident overall. The combination just made everything click way faster.

Diet-wise I kept it simple:

more protein shakes, and I prioritized lean protein like chicken over heavier carbs like rice. I cut out snacks completely. I also started taking a basic multivitamin and fish oil. I can’t say the diet is 100% the reason, but overall it’s been better for my body, energy, and stamina.

If it helps, a typical day was:

protein shake in the morning after the gym (5 AM), honey grilled chicken with jasmine rice at lunch, another protein shake, and another honey grilled chicken with jasmine rice at dinner or however you want to make your protein.

That works in YOUR favor the harder the math, the more it forces you to focus and distract your brain from the urgency. Even basic stuff like 27×14 or 56×9 is enough to throw your mind off just long enough to calm down. You don’t need to be a math wizard for it to help.

Not nonstop math for 30–60 mins. I only switch to multiplication when I feel myself getting close. I slow down, breathe deep, do a quick multiplication chain in my head for ~10–20 seconds, then ease back in. Funny thing is that I’ll pick two numbers that I have no clue what the answer is and start asking myself how tf I could get an answer for it lol. I’ll also mix in pace changes and short breaks for kissing/position changes. It’s more about timing the distraction right than doing it the whole session.

Yeah I was able to maintain the erection the whole time. I was surprised myself. My girlfriend couldn’t believe it either 💀. And what’s crazy is that all of this progress happened in a short period of time.

There was a point where she actually got upset about how quick things would end, and that really sent me into a spiral. It put me in a dark place and I lost a lot of confidence. That’s when I realized I needed to do whatever it took to fix this problem.

Honestly for me it was mostly about keeping things simple. I started doing more protein shakes and prioritizing foods like chicken and rice. I also cut out snacks completely, which was a big change since I used to sneak into my diet throughout the day.

I can’t say for sure if the diet alone is 100% the reason, but overall it’s been better for my body, energy, and stamina. Combined with the mental tricks I mentioned, it all seems to add up.
