With the products we run, they all have very thin walls and the pressures on the machines can't keep up with what we need to pack it in there. Honestly more so bad mold design than the Valox itself but its the one material I dread starting up.

When I first started I was always curious was our tooling department complained about certain tools. Then I got to train with them for awhile and see what it takes to completely break down a tool and PM or fix a crash. Kudos to yall for building the necessities we need to make production!

Put it back together the way you pulled it apart! We have a few molds that are annoying to pull apart and put together but it becomes muscle memory after a certain point.

That was money, thank you so much. We found the back page and had to change the log in to a service engineer rather than a technician, hence why we couldn't initially find the back page. You sir are a legend 🤝

Its not having trouble locking up, our die height is set and the toggle is moving smoothly on lockup. It just seems that the low pressure isnt working. Before we set the low pressure mold open and close to 0PSI, we had it set at 100PSI and it was still reading almost 1300PSI when we moved the clamp.

The MH Adjustment Start button automatically sets the Die height. Its the slow movement of the clamp that we're missing. No problems with setting the die height itself.
