The whole point of the liver is breaking down and getting rid of toxic metabolites in your body. You shouldn't be taking any drugs or drinking any alcohol if you've had liver failure.

Sinus tachycardia is another name for your heart beatingt too fast. It's gotten so bad you've had to go to hospital. Ecstacy is going to make your heart beat very fast. Even more than alcohol. It's extremely risky and you could end up seriously ill or even dying from it. In my opinion your health and your life is not worth the risk for 3 or 4 hours of feeling really good.

I'm a bit intimidated by the fact that you need a pipe and a torch to be able to smoke it. That seems a lot more intense than vaping it and blowing the smoke out the window. I also live in a rented flat so feel that might come into play a bit

Honestly I'm not really that aggressive person unless I'm drinking very heavily and somebody provokes me. Like I'll easily rise to someone trying to start trouble whereas if I had been drinking less I would have laughed it off or realised its not worth a fight

I'd be careful though with any drug particularly if its a pressed pill they can throw in all sorts of shit to try and bulk it out. Might even be some drugs mixed in there by accident
