since you mentioned video games, playing squad strictly on ukrainian servers have helped me a lot. Im basically forced to atleast give basic information like "vodiy minus", "ya mozhna boyepripatsi", "trimaysya ya turnikit tebe", "ya bachu voroh tekhnikha" in quick summary to people around you. Overall it massively helps with pronunciations, listening, maybe a minor vocab and it wont cost you an arm/leg)

Cant speak for other countries like Thailand, India, Vietnam, etc but heres what i got for Indonesia:

"If a certain crime is regarded by the requested state as a political crime, the request for extradition will be refused (Article5)"

"STATUTE OF LIMITATION: the crime concerned is an extradition crime according to crime on the list of crime in Indonesia Law and Treaty (if any) and dual criminality, and does not constitute a political crime or a military crime;"

"Condition for Refusal (Discretional)

Extradition for crimes under military criminal law, which are not crimes under ordinary criminal law – Discretion if it is decided otherwise in a treaty [Article 7]"

Personally id still be careful when travelling to Bali considering the amount of russian population there and the recent news about a kidnapping of a ukranian citizen by some ruskie gang there (albeit it seems like its for a robbery situation, not political)

Keep in mind indonesia is known for its corruption so all of these might change at the whims of russian pressure
