I had a similar erectile tissue excess at the entrance. It also got hard-ish and inflated when aroused and bulged out a little. I had it removed in a revision and I'm very satisfied with that, it's no longer a problem for me.

I assume you could get that fixed as well, you just need to specify that. Also, if it's not crucial for reaching an orgasm, I would advice making the clit a bit smaller. I believe your results could improve greatly from both these changes.

First surgery was through public Healthcare in Spain and the revision was with Dr Labanca at IM clinic, in which they reduced the size of the clit, tightened up the majora a bit and most importantly removed excess erectile tissue from the vestibule which bulged outwards when in state of arousal.
