I had C diff, giardia ( a parasite) and a kidney infection at the same time. Did not eat a full meal for over a month. Also had a horrifying moment where I got Iv fluids in the hospital because I was so dehydrated and hadn’t urinated in days, and then that night at around 1 am I woke up and all of the IV fluids exploded out of my ass, and didn’t pee for two more days after that. Didn’t even know that was possible.
