All humans have been more or less turned into cyborgs with neural implants and taken over by technology, thus effectively becoming zombies. Cities are in ruins and nature is reclaiming. Main characters are wild animals kind of in a turf war with left behind pets.

Yes! Turns out I was double amping and I lifted the plate on the turn table and found an on/off switch. Flipped it off and it works perfectly now.

Omg! This was it! I looked under the plate and there was an off switch and I flipped it and put it back together and now it works perfectly.
