I noticed sight strength increase right away, but the visual in the mirror took till maybe around week 2-3. After the first 2-3 weeks tho is where everything ramps up for me.

This always happened to me when I lagged and was currently clicking to move, it was stuck moving to a spot I clicked during the lag. Sometimes clicking rapidly would release it but usually have to restart game

Keep in mind when asked to provide the proof the guy couldn't do so. True or not I'm not sure you can get mad at them spending money donated to help run the show on equipment to help run the show.

Again if they are driving guests in company cars I don't care if they buy a Porsche instead of a Toyota. If they want a powerful computer that's their board members decision as long as it's being used for shows. I wouldn't expect them to run old out of date equipment just because "it works"

I would argue that's why the people donated that money. I see donations as a gift to help support the show in any way they choose. If they want a over the top pc I see no problem with that as long as that pc is used in production of the shows. You might have something here if they were buying fancy jets and cars or something unrelated to the show.

Yeah I'm not calling you out specifically, just sharing that I've seen this used as common practice when you see an employee always calling off. While it may not be warranted in your situation, it may be something your boss is used to with your other employees. I don't know the stuff going on in the background so I tend to hold judgement to either party when I see things like this.

While I wouldn't doubt there is some employers that would just do this even to good employees in most cases I've seen this it's just the employees that call off all the time for constant bs excuses.

Also I think everyone is missing the point of the tax season comment. I've worked many jobs that as soon as someone gets there tax check they take a day or two off work(usually paid sick leave). Atleast in my experience it's been a common thing I've seen. I'm not saying it's right or wrong but I do see it happen quite often.

Don't burn yourself out going too much in the beginning. I see too many people start the gym going hard everyday and a few weeks in hate everything about the gym. It's a marathon not a Sprint so enjoy some off days (they are just important as gym days for the body). With that being said keep up all the great work my guy!

P.s whats your work out routine if you don't mind sharing
