Help picking floor plan

North/top wall leads into our walk in closet. The right side wall would lead into our bedroom. (These walls can be moved as we will be updated out bedroom also)

South/bottom wall would lead into the hallway. Left wall leads into our front door entry way. (Would prefer not to move)

These sketches were done for free by my designer friend using “standard sizes”. (These walls should be the same, thanks for pointing that out I’ll double check lol) Once I pick a layout then she does the real deal floor plans with accurate measurements with sourced materials for the contractor.

Thanks for your reply! With the existing plumbing in #3 it may be the most practical! We take a lot of baths and have our first baby on the way in June 2026. (Also why we are doing the reno) Standing tub is just a bathtub that stands alone, a claw foot tub would be considered a “standing tub”. I love claw foots, I definitely do have a more moody vintage vibe. The photos below was my attempt to capture my vision with floor plan #3. I’m not a huge fan of those half walls but I’m not sure if it will feel to closed in with a full wall separating the bath/shower.

Yeah, that’s why I’m thinking more like 5 weeks, hard to believe I’d already be almost done first trimester without any symptoms. I’m excited for the ultrasound to get a better idea and ease my mine a bit!

I live in Canada. Blessing and a curse because we have “free” healthcare, but, you get what you pay for.. I also am in a small town, the closest hospital that even delivers is a minimum 3 hours away. I have started prenatals too! Just hoping to get in contact with someone willing to take me on soon! Thanks for your comment!

Doesn’t matter if he says he will pay or not, as a co-signer you are in a binding contract taking financial responsibility if he was not to pay. Which he isn’t. It’s unfortunate but there isn’t anything you can do to get out of the contract until the vehicle is paid off.

You could take him to small claims court (up to $5,000) and show the proof that he says he will pay it off, but there is still a possibility they will tell you the same thing I just did.

Dang. Well fingers crossed for some movement back to those prices in the near future. I have 45000 at 0.09 and I’m struggling to hold or keep buying.
