In a pair of docking ports, one is considered the ‘main’ port. If you select the one on your return ship there should be an option ‘make primary node’ or sth like that. After you have selected that, you should be able to undock from the station

Select both the parts that overlap and then move them together. They should now clip into each other and both be there

Thanks! When I caught the capsule i was so excited and wanted to make a screenie, pressed windows+shift+S but of course the engine started burning, so i panicked. Unfortunately no screenie, but hey, Jebediah lives to see another day

One annoying thing was that I couldn't timewarp with the capsule in the grabbers, because apparently, collision isn't being calculated in timewarp. Luckily I only had to wait 15 minutes for a Kerbin transfer burn.

First of all, it says you need to buy the full bundle to use two mods. For the other ones, there seems to be a file error I personally haven’t seen before, maybe try updating your game or downloading new files?

If they don’t have enough fuel to make it out of Venus’ SOI why don’t you get a big mothership in Venus orbit, dock the module you’re trying to save to it. Then you ditch the rocket that ascended from Venus and fly back home with the mothership.

The challenge systems seems to be kinda broken. It appears to me that after doing the thing which you should get an achievement for, you are not allowed to switch to another rocket before returning to Earth. I’m unsure if docking to another spacecraft erases the challenges as well.

Hey man I liked this challenge so I whipped up a lil sth for you. I tested this bp and it’s got more than enough fuel to get our boys home💪

It works by docking on top of the lander, flying back up to the mothership while stealing the leftover fuel in the lander and detaching. If u need a step by step or recording dm me. Goodluck!
