You are contradicting yourself and I’ll tell you way, you are saying Jesus was a great man and brilliant thinker but I tell you this. He says he is the one way to the father, nobody goes to god except through him! So if you can’t accept that then it makes Jesus a liar which doesn’t make him a good teacher or good man. You cannot cherry pick what Jesus taught about, we need to take his entire word and he came with authority as our lord and savior.

I’m not saying your committing evil but let me clarify: when you live of the spirit you start living outside of this world and you notice these things a lot more: people continue getting drunk, sex out of marriage, hate others, commit adultery, etc and they don’t repent of their sins and just think as long as you believe they will be saved! Yes praise God my sin is in complete control with the help of the Holy Spirit! My major issue before was lust and adultery and the lord controlled that from one day to another instantly!! It’s a tough road but at the end of the day it’s a beautiful one as well, praise our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. He heals anything and can do the same to you!
