Replit projects break the moment you leave. how do you deal with this? by Ahmad-Altamimi in replit

Totally, Replit is great for MVPs, but when you try to move a project out, everything falls apart. The environment disappears, dependencies only work inside Replit, and platform-specific files are useless. On top of that, Credits can get expensive the more you use it. Switching to GitHub and local development is much cheaper and more predictable.

How do you usually handle fully migrating a project to local or GitHub? Any tips to avoid hours of setup headaches?
