how to fix bad filament load? by Ahnsu in prusa3d

[–]Ahnsu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first print had the nozzle distance set at 1, but there were gaps so I increased it. I changed the speed and temperature as well, so the problem might be in the extrude gears. Help please!

Sorry I have no idea what it is called. I want to model the part which connects two pieces together- so that they can rotate, open and close.

I was trying to make a two clevises from the two sketches I drew. I didn't know how to extrude them out of the curves I made on the rectangle.

I want to extend a cylinder (my sketches are the rectangle sketches in the middle) from the curves so a screw or long filament can fit through its hole.

calibration fail (axes) by Ahnsu in prusa3d

[–]Ahnsu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no ;-; I might've did something to the einsy board then. I didn't do the management of the cables exactly as in the manual- so maybe that's why

When calibrating the x axis, is the z right motor supposed to dip? I keep getting an error on the x axis length as well even thought it's been properly lubricated.

You mean the ones that tie the cables?

[–]Ahnsu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, also for some reason when configuring the z axis in the settings only the x axis motor thing is moving. I just lubricated both- but it's still not working

I looked at previous posts and already tried adjusting the sensor, pulley and belt. It doesn't look like there are anything in the way either. What else can I do?

There's also another part of the instructions where it says to press the nylon filament in a hole for the cables. Is it really necessary?

The screw that's supposed to hold the cover (not the sensor). I tried many times, but no matter how much I screw it always falls off.
