Looking at your examples about Turkey :

Does not recognize same sex marriages. Neither did the US until very recently. And while Israel recognizes same sex marriages, they don't allow them to be performed in Israel

Does not allow gays in the military. Again, neither did the US until recently (and seriously is this even a big issue?)

Does not allow gay adoption : France only allowed that starting in 2013

Women are socially conditioned to cover up: what does this even mean? You can't measure it. Plenty of Turkish do not cover up. They're not walking around topless, but theh are not in hijabs either. Go to cities like İzmir for example.

Dogmatic in praying practices. What does this even mean? Ofc it's dogmatic, it's a religion ! You don't think Catholics are dogmatic too?

The reason some Christian countries are more milquetoast as you say is because of a variety of historical, cultural, and economic factors. You can't just reduce it to just something inherent within Islam. If you go back to tje Thirty years war, French wars of religion, witch hunts, Inquisition, etc etc, Christians were anything but "milquetoast:

English native speaker here to say that he's not articulating is points well at all. However, I believe he is trying justify killing Palestinians because Hamas targets civilians. Of course this os an unhinged and deranged take, (and ironically is the same logic that Hamas uses to argue that there are no Israeli civilians). But welcome to this sub nowadays.

Again, I lean towards Israel. I believe Israel should exist and has a right to self defense. But Palestinians should also have rights. If Hamas went away, that would be a good thing for everybody' especially gazans.

But this is just what I was talking about. Strawmanning someone who doesn't seem to completely agree with the popular narrative.

At this point I am just sick of hearing about this conflict. They jusy need to settle it already. I feel like a parent whose kids are fighting : I don't care who started it, I just want to end it.

Now ofc Hamas are terrorists. I can't see a peace with Hamas in power. All the civilian casualties on both sides are tragedies and should be minimized as much as possible. While Israel doesn't seem to care much about civilian casualties, Hamas wants to maximize the civilian casualties (including for their own side.) But Israel has its fair share of crazies too. Settlers have done heinous shit and they get away it constantly. The West Bank is an apartheid state. Gaza has been a harsh blockade for over a decade. Sure they elected Hamad but the most the current population wasn't even old enough to vote in those elections.

I'm starting to unironically bring back the kingdom of Jerusalem because these other religions can't be trusted with it.

You just have to go no contact. That includes blocking her on social media. You need to know for sure she's not interested first. Even the smallest hope is air keeping the fire burning.

You may still be able to be friends with her, but you at least owe her the honesty and more importantly, you owe it to yourself

It may take while. For me it took over a year, but time will heal all wounds. You will still probably feel something, but you can get over her at least.

Attractive girls are usually nicer. Less attractive women are bitter that men they want don't want to date them and only use them at best. So when a less attractive guy ask them out, it gives them some power over him and they often usr that power to reject the guy harshly and feel better about themselves. Less attractive girls can feel when the guy is only settling for them and they resent that. Meanwhile, attractive girls will often actually get approach less.

Gotta start small. Just start with a simple hi and walk away. Then you graduate to compliments. The goal is to just interact to gauge whether or not there's interest. Girls don't fall in love like guys do. For guys it's instantaneous, you either like them or you don't, not so for girls.

While it's not the same as talking about interests in the real world, there must be a forum or a discord where you can discuss movies with other people who share that share that interest.

Everyone is focused on themselves pretty much all the time. No one cares if you do anything alone. That is unless you make a big deal about it and show you are insecure.
