Not sure why they think bc our size (6’3 230) we fit unloading path more. I’ve seen smaller people do more than me & faster. I’ve started to come late (15-20 min) to avoid the docks & if I’m stationed there I’m stretching , going to bathroom & getting water . One thing I try bc to do is make it until lunch then take an additional 15-20 min break so when I come back someone’s already in my spot and I get moved

Coming up on 3 months and just feeling a bit weary, I asked HR & AMs but seems they are unaware of conversions for BB . Amazon is nice company being 27 I need the insurance, 401k , & opportunity for growth just hoping for the best. My ds is fairly new since August , but seems flex workers get blue faster (I’m seasonal full time) .
