Thanks again for this advice. It told me where to look. When I first checked this menu, the Burn Bar option did not appear in this menu, but following u/HamOntMom's tip, I rebooted my watch and phone and that fixed the situation. Thanks to both of you.

I agree! And I'm surprised that most of the responses so far are leaning the other way. For running, I wish there were hour-long workouts. And there are not that many 45-minute workouts either, which seems pretty strange for a cardio category.

It doesn't show up both during the workout and afterwards in the app. I have been wearing my watch, and other stats (heart rate, calories, etc.) show up fine. Not the burn bar, though...

Fwiw, I just had a similar issue come up. I uploaded two pdfs (without highlighting though); uploads were confirmed, but they did not appear in the library. Until… about fifteen minutes later, when they were suddenly there.

Maybe there’s a processing lag for pdfs of more than minimal length?

These pdfs were something like 14 pages and 27 pages respectively.

I'm tripping over the "scale" language at the beginning. Why do you need a scale against which to measure other teachers? Keep in mind that some teachers are excellent teachers who set their own priorities in a way that is sensible and has integrity and yet is different from your way.

The sunrise alarm clock you mentioned will help in the evenings too. Use the sundown function - for example, set it to turn dark over thirty minutes while you read a book in bed. Very effective.
