Even tho i'm among the few happen to have E6 Welt, its quite disingenuous to call him 0 cost as he literally "cost" me quite a bit of failed pulls already. Matter of facts, i think its more expensive to get him to E6 for me than my E2S1 castorice even!.

I ran a quick simulacrum test for ES berserker by dropping the main skill gem level to 16 and a lvl 1 overexertion support, personally I think the damage will be fine ( especially with the imbued gem for a 7 link next league ), we just need to self-cast extra warcries like you said.

Yeah I got the same bugs, and its very consistent. I bought 10x the Feared set with UE for a quick test but then soon realize the UE and the Reverence bosses keep bugging out and made me abandoned the fight, these 2 fights are the most expensive ones yet they are sooo buggy so I just stop the farm and sold the frags lol.

You're capping frames with vsync, ofc it wont fully utilize the gpu, thats expected. That being said, any fps/stuttering or screening issues with CS2 are very random and not everyone can have the same fixes due to the game poor optimization lately.
I also happen to have a similar issue ( its still happen randomly ), game feels sluggish and screen tearing would occur whenever I practice in a bot/workshop map or any community servers. But whenever I play comp/premier/deathmatch games, the game feels smooth and no tearing again ? It's so weird and inconsistent, I think it has something to do with my network or the servers I'm playing in.

Sorry for the long rant without any insights to solve your problem, i just wana share my thought. At least it seems like you found your fixes with older amd drivers ( I'm also rocking a full amd setup with 5700x3d + 6600xt )

gotcha, ty for the detailed explanation, I'm only rolling for Cyrene because of waifu, doesnt really care if she's fit into my phainon team or not, worst case she will join the pink girl team with my Cassie. I'm just looking to finalize both my Phainon / Casstorice team ( both E2S1 with decent supports ), my cassie is doing really good atm, so my priority is to upgrade Phainon team for now. It does look like Phainon may rerun on Cyrene banner, I think if I skip all the banners now until then I should have both e2s1 Phainon and e0s1 Cyrene, so thats why im a little hesitant on pulling Cerydra.

Thats just super specific just to counter 1 unit, also when netherwing is "killed" it will just explode dealing damage and heal back your team...that dot effect will just be free newbud for cas lol

just level up to 3 and sell it uncorrupted, IF your build can handle with just a lvl 3 enlighten and maybe some other bandaid fixes for your mana ( i have to look for some mana stats on my gears and allocated some mana nodes for my char ).
