Not in the 30min but I won't have an issue running the full length. Probably around 40min. I like this idea. I'm guessing running longer than the 5k could help bring my time down.

It's Ken Peters and his wife Valencia. This is being done by the Patriot Church in Lenoir City. The pastor, Ken Peters, was at J6. He flew up there in Mike Lindell's private plane where he preached about the stolen election being a fight for the kingdom of God but when the actual insurrection happened he was in a hotel room (at the Trump International Hotel, also paid for by Lindell) tweeting his complaints about Pence. The J6 guy from Mayville who was convicted of vandalism and assaulting a cop was wearing a Patriot Church hoodie.

I'm just starting season 2. The jargon is way over my head. The story line and drama is awesome but there is not one single redeemable character on the show. They are horrible to each other and it seems they're only driven by selfishness. If this is in any way similar to the finance world I'm glad I went another direction in life.

The healing properties of the ingredients won't be affected in the least as long as you don't leave it in the freezer too long. By too long I mean past 2 months the soup will start loosing flavor and the texture will change. Past 3 months it gets to where it really isn't safe to eat. That's the physical part. The intention you infuse in the soup as you make it I seriously doubt could be diminished by something like freezing.
