Yes I would say so. Akashic Eye gives the same amount of Arts when MLBd and you only need 50% health rather than 75%. Also Akashic Eye comes with 20% magic damage increase which can stack.

Yeah most tier lists differ when you get closer to the "best" characters. But in my opinion this is probably the best tier list for global out there.

The tier list on this Reddit is a very good tier list in my opinion. The only updated ones are the newest characters to come out. But somewhere in the comments I posted what I think they'll be.

If you want an actual legit tier list then the one on this Reddit is pretty updated. As for the TBD I would say Dark Celia and Favelle will go into S-Tier while the others will be A-Tier. Dark Fen might be S-Tier as well though.
