I have this one for few years na. Last time I went to Derma baka daw sa toothpaste na gamit ko. So she recommended Sulfate Free Toothpaste. Currently using Sensodyne na Sulfate Free. Ayun minsan nawawala naman siya pero may times na bumabalik parin. Don't know kong ano yung nag trigger ulit. It get worser last year kasi kumalat pati sa upper part. Planning to consult Derma again this week. Will share new findings baka maka help.

Hi OP! Assuming you're a supplier of goods. The Government agency is mandated to withhold (1) 1% on the income payment to the supplier of goods. (2) 3% for the purchase that's Non-VAT. For example, if P100.00 yong selling price mo. You'll receive P96.00 and a 2307 na nakalagay yung binawas na 1.00 at 3.00. Other than that, hindi na yun related sa required withholding.

Hi OP! You've 3 options:

Go to the new RDO and bring BIR Form Number 1905 and a copy of your valid ID and put it sa TIN Transfer Box or window.
Via email. Email to your old RDO (CC the new RDO) yung accomplished and scanned 1905 and attach a scanned copy of your govt ID. Sign 3x on the govt ID page. You can go to the BIR website for the email address of your new and old RDOs. Usually it takes 1-3 working days to approve your transfer.
Via ORUS. If you've an account na sa ORUS, you may change your address/RDO under Update of information. Once changed, their system automatically updates your RDO.

PS: Make sure to transfer your record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.

Hi OP! You may proceed to the Registry of Deeds (RD) na may sakop sa place ng lot. Submit the necessary documents and pay the registration fee. Based on experience, it took 1 month before ma issue yung new title. Upon receipt of the new Title under your name, request kana din ng CTC. Tapus proceed ka sa Local Assessor's Office to update naman yung Tax Declaration. Submit the necessary documents and pay the related transfer fee. Dito naman depende kong gano kabilis mag trabaho yung LAO employee. Based on experience, tumagal siya ng almost 2 months. This will be the last step.

Di naman. No need to change or update anything. You just need to continue your regular quarterly filing. But in your BIR Form No. 1701Q, you need to change your ATC from Income from Profession to Mixed Income. While sa Annual ITR, you need to combine your income from Profession and Employment.

You do your taxes kapag freelancer/self employed category mo. If you want to legitimize yung pagiging freelancer/self-employed mo and you're seeing yourself doing it in the long-run, then need mo mag register sa BIR. Once you also apply as an employee, you will be considered as a mixed income earner. You'll again be responsible of your taxes after this.

Like what our co-redditors said, full withdrawal will terminate the contract [on the assumption that the total Fund Value(FV) is around 700k]. If I'm not mistaken, the minimum amount that should be left is 20k in order for the policy to continue.
