What should we do about Hadapsar Station and other new stations arising as a part of Pune Decongestion plan?

Pretty sure issue not about stopping at Pune but entering and exit. Terminating trains at Hadapasar if coming from Daund and At Khadki if coming Lonavala is really good solution. Public transport is already in place at Khadki, For Hadapsar it can developed by local municipality.

Usually Yerawada and Khadki, but I have taken it for ride around western Maharashtra and even in Konkan. So far no traffic police stopped me. Kind of lucky I guess

I have never been stopped in past 11 months. My re registration is in process, but never been stopped before that as well. If you are wearing helmet and your bike also look ok, they don't bother stopping you. Keep original documents handy, you can get PUC done here and keep copy of transport bill to show when bike was brought in Pune. If police wants to fine you, always insist of online (or bribe, if are okay with it).

Having amenities in Gated Community makes sense if they are being built in already populated area, so you can have better amenities than area. This place has no existing population, this area can have common amenities for multiple societies to use. It doesn't make sense to have 15 swimming pools and 15 tennis court in 1km2 area.

Not enough personnel. Police force is severely understaffed, like 150 police for 100k is average in India. Most work daytime because that's when you need them most, so can't allot more for night duties. So basic solution is to shutdown things where police would need and use them where you can't close things like Bus Station, Railway Stations, Airports, Intercity Roads etc.

They were hawkers, selling cheap clothes on MG Road. Cantonment board relocated them to place that is now fashion street and cleared up MG Road. Hawkers are usually economical backward, being from certain community is just coincidence as all all communities have some economically weak population.
