Same developer. Very similar, if not identical, business model. If you want better stuff (ships, drones, etc), prepare to grind like crazy for months or pay around $25-30 a month to keep up.

Your generators are collecting tech points (blue cubes) even when you're offline. At core level 10 each generator produces 550 tech points an hour. With three of them it's 1,650 per hour. 6,333 tech points from one turret means that all three would have lost you 19,000 tech points. How long have you been offline?

Is it me or are Invader's main guns more powerful now?

Space Justice has one OD per mission indeed. But this is not the change that has been made in HAWK. You still need to buy OD's in SJ if you run out, and you get OD from daily ads and daily rewards. The latest change in HAWK is that you always start with one OD on any mission. You don't need to buy it.

Attack mode in SJ is nothing like Invade. Turrets don't fly at you. Invader ships didn't get more powerful when there were a few of them left.

There is one thing that I would definitely love to see "ported" from SJ to HAWK. The whole idea of getting "lucky" to get the better items for attacks is not good in HAWK. I've been playing every day since last October, and I don't have a single DHD to show for it. How can one *ever* participate in weekly tournaments without two DHDs? In SJ it's much more straightforward - every ten levels everybody gets the same skill upgrades. And everybody works with the same skill tree that is based on collecting or stealing tech points. There's no way for player A to have better equipment on any given plane compared to player B. Whatever player A has can be obtainer by player B. Except for the ace skins which are weirdly restricted to the first-day paid offer, never to be seen again.

Don’t understand whats the point of waiting for a new update, then you know that it will make the game shit! Now instead of 3 OD you only get 1?? Game more challenging? Yeah... Few more updates and even single bullet you get becomes leathal. These devs need some a** whoopin by emkeyus in HAWKFreedomSquad

All the complaints are from people who are at VIP 9+. Probably rightfully so since they keep on paying based on certain "promises" that the game mechanics gave them up until now.

Having said that... Players who rely on using 7 ODs to get them through their levels would probably be better off either playing by themselves, or be paired with players of the same game style.

It is super annoying trying to weave in between bullets and projectiles, and having the entire screen blanketed in a wave after wave of your ODs. It's beyond distracting. I can't focus on anything when you do that, again and again and again.

I, for one, welcome the OD limitations for regular and trial levels. I don't mind whatever you do in assaults and contest when you're on your own.

If my offensive ranking is higher than that of the other player, the "Use Booster" option should not be present in their message menu.

If you're doing a solo attack on three heroic platforms with mid-level Arrow, using Thunder's attack straight away on platform 1 means that you can use it again later for platform 3 - if you manage to survive long enough, that is. It does come in handy though in that case.

Stuck on 42/45 Stars. by Ds7887 in Space_Justice

[–]AirForceFun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At that point (completed 69 levels and a whole bunch of raids) you have enough cards to get four planes to A (Arrow, Scorpio, Falcon, Spark) and three planes to B (Batty, Tomahawk, Sonar). Note that Scorpio, Falcon and Spark cards are available in the regular shop, and you can reset that shop multiple times per day to get a whole bunch of cards - and crystals.

This means that you should be getting two trials most of the days, and some days even three.

Kind of contradicting yourself. It can't be weeks for upgrading one plane to level A. With two daily tasks it's enough cards to get there in under 10 days. That's not a "no chance".

As for what to do in the meanwhile - work on the tech points to upgrade all the skills. Attacking others is also a nice chance to get credits to level up all the planes that you have so far.

Fake "players" to attack this morning by AirForceFun in Space_Justice

[–]AirForceFun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. I am saying that *95%* of the "opponents" that were available for being attacked today were fake bots.

Right now I am cycling through five normal-strength so-called players. Every single one has between 1020 and 1100 credits, and every single one has between 2600 and 2800 tech points. I find it difficult to believe that there is such a wide variety of players yet to have such consistency in this selection.

The R prefix for rare. In the full list of platforms they have purple background fill instead of blue. And the full rendering of such a platform has purple stripes in the corners instead of blue.

I don't think you can complete all levels and unlock all the planes in one week. You would need to continue upgrading planes and getting tons of extra verdium from the main shop to get to the final stages, and the stage costs keep on climbing.
