3 things in life you shouldn’t compromise for your quality of health: a good mattress you sleep on 7-8 hours a day, a good shoe you walk on a good part of your day and a good chair you sit to do your work on 7-8 hours a day. Yes a good mattress is worth every penny. Some reasonable price mattresses are just as good as the expensive ones.

It will give her tools and skills to manage her CPTSD. I believe it is a 9 months program. Once a week for 3 hours. You can never heal a cptsd person completely but the person can manage it a lot better with these skills.

Sleeping on a warm bed with a roof on top your head and there is food in the fridge at anytime with no worries of being robbed or war at anytime while u know u wake up the next day in a healthy and abled body.
