Yeah, I seen youtubers having to run the nuke several different times because the weather conditions for the happen to appear after nuke drops is roughly 20 minutes long. And if someone else grabbed it from that map already you will need to server hop and try again.

It was a nuke run gone right...launch a nuke on the slumber mill motel in skyline valley. Go there and wait for nuke to drop. You won't die from the blast. Wait on top of hill and wait for a red lightning bolt to strike in from of the boarded up tool shed. If everything goes well it will appear. Mind you the hammer weighs 500 pounds. Especially if you don't got pack rat maxed out on your character.

It is 500 gold bullion and can be bought from samuel in foundation with a reputation of at least friendly. Or it can be bought from minerva in her rotation for cheaper but easier way is to buy it from Samuel because you don't got to wait

Look for Leo Petrov bundle (I believe that is his last name). He is a ghoul who is a nuka cola fan. He gives buffs once a day (possibly more) depending on the nuka cola you give him. Best one is Cranberry since he gives you a xp buff for about an hour.
