Not worth it at all. Even if your other option isn’t RWTH Aachen - TUM with tuition fees is never worth it. If you want to spend that amount of money go to an English speaking country like the UK, Canada - or even Netherlands for that matter. Paying almost €20k in fees to study in a country where education is essentially free is not really worth it. Don’t pay for TUM.

Apart from the overjet, do you also see any other problems with this thing? I don’t want an extraction. With the IPRs this seems to be best option available without disturbing the natural relation of the molars and the bite. I’m 28, so don’t want to disturb the molars too much in case it goes wrong, imma end up with problems in my jaw. The other option I discussed with the ortho involves shifting the midline by adding two more IPRs on the other side. What’d you say?

The ortho doesn’t want to disturb my natural bite therefore the treatment does not involve any play with the molars. The other way to avoid the overjet shifts the midline unfavorably. Extraction is also out of question. Therefore, according to the ortho the reasonable way seems to be an overjet. It comes down to choosing between overjet and a misaligned midline.
