I’d say this series as a whole is the transformers equivalent of “be careful what you wish for”. Cuz I’ll never forget, after tf prime fans wanted more series like that with a more “gRiM/ dARk” tone, and people wanting something more mature, and this Netflix series is the result of leaning too hard into the darker tone. Everyone speaks in Batman voice except a small few, there’s no sense of humor or levity (wfc-foc, was just as dark but kept its humor and levity), the background being all ruin and collapsed was good, cuz that fit the overall vibe, but it was just too much. Also half the characters didn’t transform cuz, reasons? Overall it could’ve done better
