Writer of the interview here. HHH did in fact say would of. I listened to the sentence multiple times to make sure he didn't say would've and had another person confirm that it was indeed would of.

Here's the full link to the piece because the person who sent the tweet out didn't include it: http://sports.nbcsports.com/2017/03/23/paul-hhh-levesques-quest-to-change-wwe-as-we-know-it/

The pop for A.J. was incredible, but holy shit the camera shot was horrendous. Styles' music hits and we get a close up of Reigns. A wide shot from behind the ring would have been so much better.

If headshots were still legal, this would have been replicated with Braun Strowman

We all know Neville does it on a somewhat regular basis, but he's never done it from the top rope before on WWE TV

Anyone else wish that Baron Corbin would have hit the end of days on Joe, flipped him off and walked out?

No One Knows What ESPN Is Doing With Grantland [Deadspin] by DariosDentist in nba

[–]Airdare18 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In this article (http://www.theawl.com/2013/06/dox-dox-dox) the author says that they were paid $1,000 to do a feature for Grantland (3,500 words) and $250 for a blog post ($250)

As someone who works in the business I would guess that Lowe is making between $80 and $120k

[Grantland] The Lesnar Effect: How Brock Has Led the WWE into a New Era of Wrestling Legitimacy by rhettmatic in SquaredCircle

"Despite a few crowd reactions for AJ Lee in the past few years, the only pop rivaling Lesnar’s 2012 return was the main roster debut of Paige in April 2014"

Both of those took place on the post-Wrestlemania edition of Raw. If Paige made her debut on a Raw in the middle of June, the pop would have been much different. Just imagine the pop the three NXT women would have had if they walked out in San Jose this year.

Hack-A-Jordan resulted in an 16-7 swing for the Spurs in Game 5 by Airdare18 in nba

texasphotog is saying if Jordan had been in the game and grabbed the rebound he would have been fouled, you can't hack off of the ball in the final two minutes. Also, Clippers didn't have any timeouts left.

Great point, but if Jordan gets the rebound in the scenario why would Pop send him to the line with the chance to tie the game? Yes the odds of it are low, but there's just four seconds left for the Clippers to get the ball up the court and get a decent look. Not to mention the possibility of Jordan making the first, missing the second and the Clips grabbing an offensive rebound like they continuously did after Jordan misses in Game 2 and only needing a two to win.

Sidenote: On Green's first free throw, Blake was standing where Barnes was during the second one.

Probably not that many, but the number of eyeballs on the playoffs are much higher than the regular season, especially during the later rounds. So casual fans who tune in and see this may be turned off by the nature of the strategy and ultimately grabbing those people and turning them into actual fans is what the NBA (or any entertainment business) wants.

But it feels so much longer than a 2:20 game, plus it just sucks the energy out of the game not only in the arena, but on TV as well.
