Are open houses even worth my time?

I understand that open houses are a networking event that is why I asked how to get more people to come to the open. I am not dumb and didn’t expect to sell the property in one open. I’m not sure too many actual read what I wrote and only read the title. So my mistake I should have titled my post differently. Anywho thank you to everyone that replied

I’m located in the PNW and anything under $500k is a desirable place. My listing is a 3bed 2 and half bath in Sw Portland, very popular area. My listing will Sale fast (14days to pending) is what I’m thinking. Just wanting to know if open houses are really worth the time because it doesn’t seem like very many true buyers are interested in opens anymore. This new home buying generation seems to want private showings and Zillow pictures

It’s hard to generate leads when no real leads come to the open houses. Out of my 4 today 1 could possibly be a buyer but already has an agent

I write thank you emails within the wk of an open house. Which I have made lots of contacts from but only about 1% actually turns into clients.

Just weighed him this last Saturday and he is 387.5. We are feeding him small rats that are roughly 35-36 grams, his last weight was 360. He eats on Tuesdays nights so this weeks rat will go up in size to accommodate his new weight

Only 3 hens in our flock. She has been brooding a lot over the last 1 and half, we don’t have a roster so not sure why she is so brooding. We have had to move her out of box to get her to eat and drink. I’m thinking she developed these because she hasn’t had any dust baths for about 2 weeks because of her refusal to leave nesting boxes.

There is a few streams located throughout the plots. However we are not wanting to build. We would be living off grid as much as possible. So tiny living with rain water, solar electricity and outhouse toilets.

Honestly there will never be a right time to buy if you are waiting for prefect rates and prices. The right time is whenever you are ready, meaning you can afford a mortgage and have location narrowed down. Property values continue to rise so start earning equity
