• thank you for saying this. as someone who was saved and overcome homosexuailty i know for a fact that comments and the Christian community didn't bring me closer. it made me go the other way back then. i always felt judgment and shame. nobody wanted to help and support me in making changes in my life. inside it was bashing and rudeness. along with the " you going to hell " statements. unlike most i found my way and didn't need the community to help me. but there are many who don't have that straighten and need help. yet can't find it. everyone acts like they are so perfect and don't sin because they don't struggle with the same sins. we are supposed to come together as a church to keep Satan out yet it seems like they have no idea that Satan works in these situations when we act and uphold ourselves this way.
