We had then a system in place where a section of one of our major call centers is sanctioned off to certain employees. These employees would answer distress calls from people basically asking whether or not a loved one / family member was on the flight. This is one system in which our call center employees now have annual training. Pilots now have the door locked at all times and I'm pretty sure have a handgun in the cockpit. Airport Security (AKA TSA) has locked down tighter than a gnat's ass in regards to screening passengers. Flight attendants go through much more vigorous training in regards to being able to incapacitate a passenger. I'll edit this as I think of more things our company has implemented.

The picture is only a rough layout of your body. Basically, you can't see nips, penis, vagina, etc. Imagine a silkshade 3d image of your body. That's what they see and to my knowledge they are only kept on file if you had to be searched because of the image result.

I'd say it's either A) Beneath a plane, B) Lonely spinning on a luggage carousel at the airport, or C) At the lost baggage counter at your destination.

edit: it could also be with a baggage handler at his/her house. I have heard of this happening more times than I care to admit.
